Stamp Simply #61 - Fun Folds!
It's time for another Stamp Simply challenge, and for today’s challenge we are going to make some Fun Folds. You are to make a card with any type of fold at all, OTHER THAN the standard top or side fold. Try to photo the card so we can clearly see your fold. This is a fun one — and you MAY do pocket cards if you like - you may do ANYTHING out of the normal everyday side or top fold card. HAVE FUN!!!
For my card, I chose to do a Joy fold, but did mine from top to bottom instead of sideways. The red card base is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" just like an A2 card, but only one layer. The piece with the designer papers measures 5 1/4" x 6" and is scored at 2". The smaller folded piece with my stamped images affixed to it measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" and is scored at 2 3/4".
Here are some extra photos of my card in the open positions...
Be sure to check out what the other Stamp Simply Designers have created! And I'm so sorry that I missed it last week, but we have welcomed a new designer to our group, AJ Otto! You're going to love her designs (if you don't already!) We also welcomed Cathy Tidwell last week as the November Guest Designer! Cathy's got a fun-loving spirit that shows in her creations! You're going to love her stuff, too!

Okay - you sent me over the moon with this one, I loooove it! I've been MIA, 1000 miles from home playing nurse to my son after a rock climbing accident. I'll need a gazillion thank you notes just like this one for all the prayer & church support we've received. Thanks for the inspiration. I can't wait to get back to the weekly challenges and my own bed! :)
