Very often, I just run out of time, but Jen's Sketch for You to Try is one I hate to miss. So I made it a top priority yesterday when I sat down for some serious stamping time, and got it done!
I picked up this gorgeous My Mind's Eye paper, and yummy lace on a little imprompu trip to Archiver's on Saturday. And so I used Sharon's Stamp Simply/Coffee set from Flourishes for this card because I thought it was a great pairing of paper, embellishments and images. Plus that big coffee cup is so fun to paper-piece!
I also wanted to make a card this weekend for the challenge at Our Creative Corner. Their challenge this weekend was to make a card with some dry embossing. Well, this didn't end up having very much on it, but I did emboss the label/tabs after I cut them out with my Nestabilities. Hopefully maybe those OCC girls will give a Color Throwdown a try sometime, too? I think it would be fun to combine our challenges sometime, don't you?! :)
I hope you have a great week! Happy stamping!

My, my, how the time flies!!! Congrats on your Blogaversary!!! This card is adorable and I too LOVE the use of the acetate on the front ... nice way to place a sentiment without covering up the beauty behind!
