It's time for week #6 of the Color Throwdown! Tracy has decided to make you work this week and picked not 3, not 4 but 5 colors to use! (You can substitute Old Olive for Certainly Celery if you'd like!) And by all means, if you do not have these actual Stampin' Up! colors, please just use whatever shades you have that are close! We want everyone to have fun! Be sure to leave a comment on the Color Throwdown blog with a direct link to your card so all the team members can see you creation! We do our best to get comments left on all that participate but with summertime busy-ness we've maybe fallen short just a little lately!
I ordered these Tim Holtz-designed stamps from Stampers' Anonymous to use for a class at the store next week. The stamps arrived today, so I figured they needed to be broke in a little before the class and used them for my card tonight!
For more inspiration, check out the other Color Throwdown girls' blogs...
Hopefully you'll find time to stamp today and join us in the challenge! I can't wait to see what you create! Thanks for stopping by!
Stamps: Nature's Moments (Tim Holtz/Stampers' Anonymous); Cardstock: Ruby Red, Old Olive, Soft Sky, Barely Banana, Pumpkin Pie (Stampin' Up!); Inks: Certainly Celery, Old Olive, Ruby Red (Stampin' Up!); Accessories: Stylized Flowers Cuttlebug folder (ProvoCraft), label die Nestabilities (Spellbinders), vintage brads (Stampin' Up!), twill ribbon (Creative Impressions).
OH MY ... 5 colors!! You did a great job and so glad to see you got your stamp set .. looks fantastic!!!
I hope to play later after returning from yet another medical scan. Thanks for inspiration!!!
