I still haven't been able to get back into a stamping routine lately... too many disruptions from everyday life! Why stamping isn't a priority to everyone, I will never know! So I thought I'd share with you today a set of projects I made in a class at the Stamping and Scrapping weekend I went to last month. This class was led by a really sweet lady from Cincinnati named Peggy Cain, who teaches classes at Stamp Your Art Out.
This was such a neat idea for the class, and I plan to try something like this at the store after the first of the year. We basically used the same stamp on all the projects... that twiggy, stick looking thing and used some similar techniques on everything, too. There's crimping on some things, polished stone technique on others, and then we used similar inks and cardstocks on everything, too. I think it'll be a great class idea to show that you can get several different looks and projects from limited supplies.
I don't know any details as far as cardstock colors, etc. for these things. We did use some Ranger Distress inks and some Colorbox chalk inks. The twiggy-looking stamp is from Stampers' Anonymous.
Great idea!! Some cool layouts here my friend!! TFS
