Hey Color Throwdown fans... we're back! After a little holiday break, LeAnne, Cathy, Broni and I are back to bringing you the Color Throwdown every week! Kimberly Crawford spent a few weeks with us as a designer but had to bow out due to time commitments. Kisa Peters also has a lot on her plate, so she won't be doing any regular designs with us each week but we've bribed her into sticking around and continuing to create the awesome banners on the Throwdown blog each week, as well as the blinkies and Color Pick swatches! Since we found ourselves needing two more designers, we started the search for two new talents to add to our group! And talent we found... in several people actually, but we all agreed on these two... Barbara Anders from Paper Pursuits, and Danielle Kennedy from Wild Dragonfly Designs! Be sure to visit their blogs to see their awesome work, and stop by the Throwdown blog to see the creations from the whole team with today's colors! (or you can visit their blogs, linked below!)

For my card today, I pulled out this scrap of paper I had from Scribble Scrabble and was delighted to find it matched today's colors very well! Some flowers and a sentiment from my Kim Hughes Nature Silhouettes stamp set helped to complete my card. I plan to send this to a young couple who we are friends with. Our family is currently searching for a new church home, and Emily and Josh graciously welcomed us at their church this past Sunday, so I want to be sure to thank them!
I hope you'll find time today, or later this week to give the Throwdown a try! We're planning some new things for the coming year and one of those new things will start next week! On Tuesdays we'll be randomly picking one participant from the previous weeks challenge to be featured on the Throwdown blog! So who knows... maybe it'll be YOU!
Happy stamping! Thanks for stopping by!
