It's time for another Color Throwdown, and this week it is Barbara's turn to be our hostess! She has chosen a color combo that I would have never thought of, but wow does it make for some beautiful cards! Be sure to check out the cards made by my fellow Throwdown Team members on the Throwdown blog, or by clicking the links down below!
For my card, I chose to get a new Penny Black stamp inky with these "Fireworks" flowers! I was fortunate to find some old Stampin' Up! designer paper in Blush Blossom too, to use for the challenge. Lucky me, because you know I have trouble making a card without some designer paper! :)
We'd love to have you play along with these colors today! Upload to your blog or any online gallery like Paper Craft Planet and be sure to tag your photo with CTD34. Leave a direct link to your creation on the Throwdown blog, too! Remember to please leave a direct link, not a link to your whole blog.
Check out these awesome samples from the other Throwdown designers!

Also, we're so honored to have our Throwdown designer Barbara Anders as a finalist in the My Favorite Thing Stamping Idol contest being held over at Splitcoaststampers! Check our Barbara's first round entry here, and then be sure to go vote for Bar on this thread! The voting closes at 10:00 p.m. EST Wednesday night! VOTE FOR BAR! VOTE FOR BAR!
I appreciate your awesome comments and visits to my blog! Thanks for always making my day brighter!

I love this! Beautiful. You know I have some of that paper, too. Night of Navy is one of my favorite colors, too, in the SU line. I may have to try this challenge myself.
