Monday, Monday..... another Monday means another challenge from the Kitchen Sink Crew Members! But before I go too far, I want to let you know about some changes that have been made to the challenges! The Challenges will now be combined with the What's Cookin' With Your Kitchen Sink Stamps Contest, and so now there are more chances to play and more chances to win! Every other week, when the Crew hosts a challenge, the 1st prize winner (it could be YOU!) will win a $50 Shopping Spree in the Kitchen Sink Store! And 2nd and 3rd prize winners will win stamp sets! Check out the Kitchen Sink blog for all the contest rules and how-to's!
Today it was Nicole's turn to issue the challenge, and she asked us to create a project using a photograph. There's one catch, though... no scrapbook pages! Well, no problem here as I do not do any scrapping! However, the majority of my picture-taking is limited to softball games (haven't had any of those since last spring!) and soccer games (not since last fall!) and photos of my cards! So, to complete this challenge I turned to Google images!
I Googled "apples" and found this photo full of beautiful apples! I printed it out on Very Vanilla cardstock and turned it into my designer paper! A yummy apple and sentiment from the 3-Step School Days stamp set, and I was done! I even found a scrap of apple designer paper in my stash!
Check out the blogs of the other Kitchen Sink Crew members for their great Kodak-moment creations!
