Another Monday brings another Kitchen Sink Crew Challenge, and today Crew Member Lynn McAuley is encouraging us to "Go Green!" by recycling an item not typically used for papercrafting into our projects! If you'd like to play along with this challenge, you can win some fabulous prizes from Kitchen Sink Stamps! Check out all the details at the Kitchen Sink Blog!
As many of you know, I've had an incredibly busy weekend with events at the store! I worked several long days during the last half of last week getting things organized and ready, and worked a total of 23 hours on Saturday and Sunday this week with all the classes taught by Sally Lynn MacDonald, ending with Copic Certification yesterday! (I've got some GREAT pictures, but they're still in the camera right now!) So for my "Go Green!" project today, I'm actually recyling by showing you a card I've made previously since I simply haven't had the time for stamping in the last 5 days! This card was actually the very first Kitchen Sink card I ever made after ordering the 3-Step Daisy stamp set from Maria! I remember seeing her banner ad on Splitcoast one morning in October 2007 and was intrigued by this beautiful flower, so I placed a quick order! I ended up being her first customer, and then ended up being a charter Kitchen Sink Crew member and still am proudly desiging for Kitchen Sink today! People were amazed when they first saw this card on SCS, just sure that those weren't actually stamped flowers but designer paper!
Thanks for stopping by!

Just wanted to thak you for all your hard work in putting together the copic certification class. I absolutely had a wonderful experience. Sally was wonderful and I learned so much. Wish I lived a little closer so that I could come and shop more often.

Tammy, I love the colors you used! Did you know that your first KSS card is what sent me on a hunt for KSS? I had to see who and what that company was:)I'm so glad you posted that card on SCS!
