1000 Comments!

Last week one day when I was logged in to Typepad to moderate comments, I noticed that the total number of comments since I started this new blog back in March was in the high 900's.  So I decided that I was going to make the day brighter for commenter #1000, just as you all make my day bright with all the comments you leave me!  And you might say the stars were all in alignment tonight for that lucky person, because it's the first time she's been back to my blog in awhile since moving recently and getting settled back in!  Congratulations to Samanta Welch for leaving me comment #1000 on my Sketches! by Tamara post from this morning!  At the store today, I placed an order from one of my suppliers, and one of the things I ordered is this YUMMY new paper from Cosmo Cricket called Hello Sunshine!  So Samantha will receive an 8x8 pad of this paper!  Congrats again Sam, and THANK YOU to all of you who constantly bring me such joy everyday with your visits and comments!  It always means the world to me!

BTW, stay tuned for more fun as my blogaversary is coming up near the end of June!  Who knows what new and pretty things I'll have at the store by then that you just might benefit from!

Uh oh!  Did anyone notice that hit counter creep past 30K this morning???  Thanks a million to everyone who visits my blog!  I appreciate it so much!  And to show you how much, I've got a brand new Cuttlebug folder for one lucky visitor!  It's the Floral Fantasy folder, seen here in the picture!  All you have to do is leave a comment on this post, and tell me what your favorite flower is (since it's the Floral Fantasy folder!)  I'll pick one winner on Sunday (04/27/08) evening at 9:00 p.m. EST.  AND... Did anyone notice that hit counter creep past 20K today?  I was shocked when I noticed it!  So, as promised... Blog Candy anyone?

I've decided why wait until 20K posts to give something away?  I think creating a new blog is a great reason to celebrate right now! 

Have you seen the 8 new Design Block stamps from Hero Arts?  Go to this page and check out pages 8-13 of the Spring catalog to view each one!  I got these stamps at the store last week, and they're fantastic!  Large enough to cover the front of an A2 card, and great bold designs!  They're the same size as the background stamps from that other company, but less expensive AND you don't have to assemble it yourself after you buy it!  I'll send one person the Design Block stamp of their choice (providing I still have the one you want in stock!)  Leave a comment on this post, and tell me what's the best thing about spring!  AND if you're a subscriber to my blog (either through the FeedBlitz widget or a reader service like Google) you can enter twice!  I'll pick one winner through a random number generator (most likely one of my daughters!) on Friday evening!  The winner will need to contact me by Sunday evening, 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.  If I haven't heard from that person, I'll draw a new winner!
